It’s so easy to become stuck inside the ‘busy-ness’ trap.
We race around madly trying to do everything, when quite possibly some of the very things that keep us busy do not add value to our life, or where we are headed.
Today’s challenge is to stop, reflect and write down all the things you’ve done today (and all week if you’re game!).
Then rewrite the list in order of priority of things that serve your lifestyle, your health and your happiness.
When you begin to become clear on those things you need to do more of, and those things you need to do less of, you can begin to rework and re-frame your life, your time and your future.
